We want you to fall in love with every piece of jewelry you receive from us. If for for any reason you are not 100% satisfied you can return the jewelry to us.  You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to return it to us for a full refund based on the reason for the return.  We do have a 30% restocking fee which is based on the reason for the return.  Customers are responsible for return postage costs and any applicable taxes. We are unable to cancel and refund an order after it is processed and shipped.  If you change your mind and want a refund after your order is processed and shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the order and then contact us at 1-888-727-4562 or email us at hipandcool2012@gmail.com.  Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund after we have issued it.  The refund will be given as a credit to the account used for purchase.
