Hip and Cool Clip on Earrings and More does not guarantee shipping time frames after we deliver packages to USPS. When your order is processed we will email you the tracking information. If you do not receive your order by the allotted delivery time frame, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
Processing time: All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. It may take longer during holidays.
We offer First Class Shipping through USPS for all purchases mailed within the United States based on charges listed at checkout. For an additional fee you can purchase PRIORITY SERVICE through USPS that will include tracking and 2-5 day delivery service for orders mailed within the United States.
Shipping time in United States: Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. It may take longer during the holidays. This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the final destination.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you will know when to expect your order.
